Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers has confirmed a new development plan for its Executive Residences, converting the existing residences into a hotel tower with a new level of upscale world-class accommodation in Vietnam.

This exciting new development has been drawn up based on the projected strong business growth over the coming years and the high demand for upscale accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City and indeed Vietnam. With the welcoming of Vietnam into the WTO, Ho Chi Minh City is now playing host to an increased number of travelers who require a place to do business, entertain and relax after a day in the city.

The new 25-storey hotel tower will offer unparalleled personalized service, appealing to upscale corporate and leisure traveler at the most prestigious address in the city.

The towers will be home to more than 100 Deluxe Rooms and Luxury Suites overlooking the city and Saigon River.  The new hotel tower boasts a warm and comfortable design of Studio Style Rooms and Suites with connectivity and comfort the key combined with elegance and hints of luxury. Our guest will be able to connect with those that are most important whether for work or play in an environment of personalized service and care.  The design creates a warm and comfortable haven as soon as entering the room, separate superb spacious marble bathrooms for a little relaxation after a tiring day.

The project includes a new Presidential Suite which will be the located on the 18 floor.  This will be the most sought after Suite in Vietnam to welcome heads of state, Leaders of Industry or for those after the ultimate in luxury and privacy. The suite will have stunning views over Saigon River with panoramic views and a spacious Balcony and living area for entertaining in privacy.

The project is starts on the 1 June with completion expected to be in early 2008. Designed by Hassel, a multi-award winning interior design firm, the new upscale accommodation rooms will add further to Sheraton Saigon current 371 hotel guest rooms and suites brining the total number of guest rooms to 480.
