This week column features an authentic Thai dish tod mun koong, or minced shrimp fried with egg, presented by chef Kawesri Viroj who has specialised in Thai cuisine for more than 20 years. Cooking the starter is quite simple and requires little time. The dish can be served as a snack or for a cocktail or dinner party.
