Special circus program welcomes national day

A special circus program by the Vietnam Circus Association will make its debut on August 30th to welcome the National Day, September 2nd.

At a press conference yesterday announcing the program, Director General of the Association, Meritorious Artist Vu Ngoan Hop said the program is special in that it contains not only circus acts, but also other comedic acts by young artists, in a play called œThe Mysterious Rescue by a Dumb

The play will feature two famous comedians, Tu Long and Thanh Trung. The play tells the story of a dumb, who has been engaged in an adventurous journey to save a beautiful princess. The comedy-circus play also includes dragon and unicorn dances, as well as modern hip hop dance.

The second part of the programme will include more traditional circus acts, many of them have received national circus awards. It also includes animal circus to attract young viewers.

As part of the program, the sponsor Traphaco will present 10 saving books to families of war invalids and Vietnam heroic mothers.

The show will be at 8 pm, every day from August 30 to September 2. On the national day, September 2, there will be other day time shows open to the public.
